I am delighted to share that I have been awarded a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowship to pursue my project E-Static Soft Sensors at Aalto University, Finland.
The project investigates how triboelectricity — static electricity as an inherent property of everyday textiles — can be harnessed to develop scalable textile-based sensors for triboelectric sensing in the everyday. Grounded in a practice-based approach, the research brings together e-textile making, materials investigation, and electronics prototyping to explore new design possibilities at the intersection of craft and technology.
I will continue as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at the Wearable Systems Lab, Department of Information and Communications Engineering, Aalto University.
